Unofficially… I've spent more than a decade helping health and medical leaders understand, plan, and prepare for the transformation underway because of the expansive use of artificial intelligence in healthcare and medicine.

While at Microsoft, I served as National Director for AI for Health and Life Sciences, Director of Worldwide Health, and Director of Organizational Performance for the company’s first health incubator. 

Much of what I know today comes from working with talented medical, health, and tech leaders from around the world on AI and digital initiatives. Some were highly successful out of the gate. Many were not.

One of the most important lessons I've learned is that even when leaders are committed to digital and AI transformation in healthcare and medicine, they almost always start their journey by initially getting the same things wrong.

As an advisor, speaker, and author, my goal is to help my clients avoid the same mistakes. I help them succeed by improving planning, reducing organizational learning curves, and helping prioritize digital and AI investments and actions that get results in keeping with their most important strategic priorities.
